2025-2026 Membership
YEARLY MEMBERSHIP required to register for all Learn to Skate Classes. Please
complete membership BEFORE registering for class. All new skaters must register for membership - valid through June 2026.
Learn to Skate is an excellent way for your child to learn the basics of skating in a safe and fun environment, whether they plan on going into figure skating, playing hockey or simply want to skate for fun! NorthStar keeps the Learn to Skate classes small so that each skater gets the attention they need to progress.

CLASS FORMAT
- 25 minutes of class followed by
- 25 minutes of unsupervised practice
- 10 minutes is allotted for class organization
